Pisco manufactures ninety percent of its products from its Japanese facility, working under strict quality management protocols to ensure gold-standard of its products before delivery. It also operates other facilities in Taiwan and South Korea, where it emulates its home-brew operational parameters.
Apart from reducing production lead time, Pisco also improves delivery time by regularly reviewing procurement risks and taking measures like strategically holding inventory or purchasing raw materials from multiple sources. While most manufacturers had product supply issues due to COVID-19, Pisco was able to minimise the impact on its business. The company has decided to shift to a business model for all future strategies, providing solutions to clients while maintaining the sales of tens of thousands of individual stock-keeping units (SKU).
The firm offers a wide variety of products specially designed for semiconductor manufacturing, from fittings to tubing, vacuum equipment and plastic cable carrier (Plarailchain) suitable for clean environment. In case a customer requires specific customisation or modifications to an existing product, Pisco can carefully analyse and study the requirements, enabling them to create solutions that meet the customer needs.
The firm has a lineup of 5 types of push-in fittings that connect to various plastic tubes, it produces in-house, just for semiconductor manufacturing. All resin push-in fittings using PPS material, push-in fittings using PP material and SUS304, and push-in fittings using SUS316 material can be used not only with air but also with liquids. In addition, Pisco provides two types of vacuum generation systems, a vacuum generator (ejector) that converts compressed air to vacuum, and a vacuum pump that drives a motor with AC power supply, as the vacuum source required by customers in the semiconductor manufacturing environment. Made from an ultra-durable material, the Plarailchain’s proprietary bendable nature provides semiconductor manufacturers with cable/tube protection and device guidance that can reduce abrasion on cable and tubes passing through carriers.
Establishing an internal Pisco quality system ensures perfection across all workflows through all management and staff members. At Pisco chanting, the management philosophy inspires staff to perform their duties carefully and diligently.
A customer-first company, it believes its strength in numbers parallels success. By honoring the originality of its management and staff and exhibiting team strength, the company utilises its distinctive wisdom and technology, consistently pushing semiconductor manufacturing from a client’s perspective. Continuing to offer products that consumers worldwide trust maintains sustainability and societal friendliness that align with a modern establishment.
