It also offers its gas-supplying services to TSMC Arizona at the global level. Plans are underway to extend its services to TSMC Germany.

The ambition for a global expansion beyond its stronghold in Japan fuels JM’s investments toward recruiting and training foreign engineers. Nurturing a diverse pool of engineers sets the company on the path to addressing the industry-wide shortage and paving the way for seamless semiconductor manufacturing on a worldwide scale. The company aims to increase its current workforce of 1,000 engineers to about 3,000 to meet global demands.
