Over the last few years, the movement toward smart devices has brought Dynamic Random- Access Memory (DRAM) to the forefront. It is a semiconductor memory typically used for the data or program code needed by a computer processor to function.

Nanya is currently planning to soon start sampling for 1Anmbased products with pilot production of DDR5. Nanya is also accelerating the development of the next generation 1Bnm process technology. Once these capabilities are fully matured, Nanya can provide customers with an even more illustrious product lineup to meet the rising needs of the 5G era and smart world.

Alongside such promising product offerings, Nanya has harnessed the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to significantly upgrade production capacity and efficiency to stay on par with the Net Zero movement (i.e., the global goal of reducing the overall carbon footprint).
